Human Capital Development Sdn. Bhd. (HumanCap) Change Management Certification Programme (CMCP) is a testament to our aspiration to be the preferred Change Management Powerhouse. This year marks the second round of HumanCap CMCP to be offered to all Change Management Practitioners. HumanCap CMCP is geared towards providing participants with a certification that validates a deep understanding on Change Management based on a proven methodology – developed and practised by HumanCap with recognition from Association of Change Management Professionals® (ACMP®).
Change Management is a systematic approach to allow organisations to manage change in order to effectively transition to an improved desired future state. Managing change is vital, to avoid disruptions to business and to ensure intended business outcomes are achieved. A systematic and effective Change Management approach will yield lucrative benefits in any projects or organisations transitioning to an improved future state.

Take Charge Now! Embrace Change, Undertake Transformation - was the motto of Human Capital Development’s (HumanCap) inaugural Change Management Certification Programme. The certification programme was organised over a 3-day period from 17 November to 19 November 2015 at Putrajaya Shangri-La. HumanCap’s very own Professor Rozhan Othman and Encik Ahmad Fakhri Hamzah whom are experts in the field of change management shared their wealth of experience and knowledge in this niche area.
